Robert Strickland

Robert has over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Shaffer Wealth Management in 2018, Robert worked at SunTrust Bank as a Vice-President in their Private Wealth Division. Before pursuing a career in the financial services industry, Robert held executive positions for several fortune 500 firms including, The Coca-Cola Company where he worked for 16 years in both international and U.S. markets and The E.D.&F. Mann Group, where he worked as EVP, General Manager managing one of their U.S. commodity operations.

Robert holds a master’s degree in International Finance from The Thunderbird School of Global Management. He graduated from Terry Business School at the University of Georgia and studied International Business at Niyenrode Business Universiteit in the Netherlands. He holds the Certified Exit Planner Advisor (CEPA) designation with his series 7 and 66 designations.
